Description: For the fourth year, the RIPTAC, the CT PTAP, RI Chapter of the NCMA, and RISBDC, is planning a day of networking and training directed at veteran owned and service disabled veteran owned small businesses in southeastern New England to take place at the Officers’ Club at Newport Undersea Warfare Center, Newport Division. This is a free event for veterans with only a $15 pay at the door for lunch. Over 20 representatives from major defense contractors and Navy, Coast Guard, and other federal agencies. Mr. Tim Foreman, Executive Director US Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization will be the keynote speaker.
