RIEDC to Sponsor Supply Chain Management Summit

Summit represents the first time both the public and private sectors are coming together to promote supply chain management within a state
The Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation (RIEDC), along with Bryant University, Banneker and the Rhode Island Manufacturing Extension Services (RIMES), is sponsoring the 2008 Rhode Island Supply Chain Management Summit.
The summit, which takes place June 20 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Bryant University, will highlight the expertise and resources available to businesses to help them grow. The Rhode Island Supply Chain Management Summit is the first time that both the public and private sectors are coming together to promote supply chain management within a state.
The event will be held at Bryant’s Chaffee Center for International Business and World Trade Center and will feature helpful sessions such as “The ABCs of Supply Chain Management,” “Strategic Sourcing for Competitive Advantage,” and “Managing a Global Supply Chain.”
