(401) 278-9100 x 174 As the Operations Manager for the Every Company Counts Initiative, Sherri Lynn Carrera joined the staff of the EDC in September of 2005. She is responsible for the day to day operations of Every Company Counts, which is a network of more than 150 small business service providers. She manages a staff of three account executives who reach out to more than 1,200 businesses a year. She is also responsible for the content of the ECC website and editor of The Business Connection and eRegulatory Alert which are monthly publications. She is also responsible for enforcing the Regulatory Flexibility Act in the State of Rhode Island, as the Small Business Advocate.
